Description
A spirit obtained from the distillation of sour cherry residue after maceration of the same in wine. It is surprising for the softness and even more for the intensity of the bouquet, with an immediate perception of the distinctive hint of vìsciola, small red fruits and almond. Soft and balanced, it conquers the palate with refined and persistent retro-olfactory sensations which confirm the intense and enveloping scents.
